The problem
Team work moves between conversations, intake, planning and delivery. An agent that creates another card or changes a status without context can add to that coordination work. TIbot connects those stages while preserving the decisions people have already made.
My role and delivery
I built and introduced TIbot, connecting specialized workflows through Slack and Jira commands, webhooks and schedules. My work spans intake, linked development-card creation, refinement, estimation and sprint-planning support. This overview reflects work described in my October 2026 resume; it does not assign a separate launch date or claim an adoption count.
Engineering decisions
Duplicate detection matters when the same work arrives through multiple triggers. Protected updates and linked-card synchronization keep automation from treating every incoming event as permission to overwrite an existing decision. Thread-aware follow-up tracking keeps the next action connected to the conversation that prompted it.
Specialist workflows separate intake, planning and execution responsibilities. Explicit approval gates preserve human control over guarded changes. These are the public design boundaries; internal prompts, configurations, permissions and employer implementation details are not published here.
Evidence and limits
The delivered result is a system built and used in team workflows, as documented in my public portfolio and resume. The illustration is a feature study, not a production screenshot. No internal messages, employer metrics or quantified productivity results are included.
Useful acceptance questions for this type of system are whether a repeated trigger creates duplicate work, whether an existing human decision survives an update, and whether a guarded action waits for approval. No public test report or pass rate is claimed here.
Related work, kept distinct
Agent Workflow Learning is a separate framework in development. It evaluates proposed instruction and workflow refinements against a baseline, with adoption and rollback decisions. It does not train model weights. PageInsights has been tested in isolated WordPress; staging and live use remain unverified.
