Scheduling privacy
A conversation.
A few details.
Only available times are shown. Private calendar names, event titles and other calendar details are not shared with visitors.
Booking uses your name, email address, chosen time, time zone and discussion topic to create a Google Calendar invitation and Google Meet meeting. Calendar and booking services retain these details to handle the appointment, changes and cancellations.
The invitation contains a private link to manage your appointment. Treat it like a password: anyone with that link can view, move or cancel the booking.
Google Meet may provide meeting notes or transcription where available. You will see a notice in the meeting if those features start. Booking does not itself record audio.
Messages use your name, email address and message to deliver your inquiry and let me reply. A message is not a calendar booking. Spam controls use short-lived rate-limit records derived from the connection’s IP address. Hosting and calendar providers may maintain their own operational logs.
